These terms govern your use of LaCriada, a private, local-first assistant for caregivers and families. By using LaCriada you agree to them.
LaCriada helps you record and coordinate care. It does not provide medical, nursing, or legal advice, and it does not diagnose or treat. Always rely on qualified professionals for medical and legal decisions.
LaCriada is organized around a household. The person who sets up a household is responsible for who they invite and for the accuracy of what is entered. Keep your access credentials and devices secure.
Use LaCriada lawfully and only for genuine care coordination. Do not use it to harass, deceive, or harm anyone, to store content you have no right to store, or to attempt to break its security or access another household's data.
Voice notes record audio. You are responsible for complying with the recording and privacy laws that apply where you are, including obtaining any consent those laws require. LaCriada surfaces a disclosure to support one-party-consent use but cannot ensure your particular use is lawful.
You own the care information you enter. It lives on your household's own device; LaCriada's servers only relay sealed, encrypted messages. You may export and delete your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
LaCriada may be offered as a pilot or evolving service and may change or be unavailable at times. Keep your own backups of anything essential; automatic backups, where enabled, are a convenience, not a guarantee.
LaCriada is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LaCriada and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on the software. LaCriada is a support tool, not a caregiver or a clinician.
We may update these terms; the “last updated” date will change. You may stop using LaCriada at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Questions can be directed to the household administrator who set up your LaCriada, or to the LaCriada operator.
